I was the kid who was constantly breaking things just to figure out how to put them back together. That curiosity eventually led me to a degree in Computer Science and a career in tech support and software development.
These days, I work at a major Fin-Tech company, so I spend my 9-to-5 at work and breathing the latest tools. But honestly? My favorite part of the day is often after work, when I’m helping a friend speed up a sluggish laptop or showing my family a shortcut on their phones. I realized I’ve become the “go-to tech guy” for everyone I know, and I wanted to bring that same straightforward, no-nonsense help to the internet.
